Shipping Policy (Trivellolab)

Trivellolab is a design studio dedicated to thoughtfully crafted lighting. Each piece is carefully assembled, tested, and inspected before it leaves our workshop to ensure safety and reliable performance.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery = Processing Time + Transit Time

Processing Time: 3–7 business days

Delivery Time: 6–12 business days (for items under 30")

Please Note

For large items (over 30"), sea freight will be used, and shipping typically takes 4–6 weeks.

Some intricate designs or oversized items may require longer processing time (7–15 business days) due to craftsmanship.

If your project is time-sensitive, please contact our customer service team for expedited options.

We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we are committed to ensuring your items arrive safely and on time.

1.For large items, if the package size is more than 30 inches, we will use sea freight and the shipping time is 4-6 weeks days. We hope you can understand.

2.If your project is urgent, you can contact customer service to expedite your order for an additional fee.

Shipping, Delivery and Deadlines

The stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by a number of factors, including shipping method.
Cut-off times indicate when an order must be placed on a specific date before processing can begin, and varies by carrier.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
  • When your parcel is handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
  • If tracking appears unchanged for several days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address, recipient name, and contact details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays, failed delivery attempts, or returns. If re-delivery is needed due to address issues, additional shipping fees and time may apply. While we’ll do our best to assist, Trivellolab cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate customer-provided address information.

Due to differences in state tax laws, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. And orders that have already been placed or are in transit cannot be cancelled. Please understand, thank you. Therefore, please make sure that all your shipping information is correct before placing an order.
