Returns & Refunds
Every Trivellolab piece is prepared with care. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you resolve it promptly. Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking). A Return Authorization is required—please email info@trivellolab.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Condition: items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with original packaging and inserts.
- Change of mind: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe transit.
- Damage / defect / incorrect item: please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund and cover reasonable costs required to resolve the issue.
- Refunds: returns are inspected within 2–5 business days after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank/provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
- Shipping fees: original shipping charges (if paid at checkout) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Free shipping: if your order qualified for free shipping and a return lowers the remaining merchandise subtotal below the free-shipping threshold, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Final sale & custom pieces: custom-made/personalized items and final-sale pieces (when clearly stated) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- International duties & taxes: any duties, taxes, or handling fees assessed by your country are the customer’s responsibility and are generally non-refundable.
