Q: What kind of brand is Trivellolab?
A: Trivellolab is a small handcrafted studio that creates tarot–inspired jewelry in limited batches. Every piece is designed, checked and finished by real hands, not on a large factory line. We focus on slow making, thoughtful details and pieces that feel like quiet personal talismans.


Q: Are your pieces handmade?
A: Yes. Our designs are developed in a small studio, starting from sketches of tarot cards. Each batch is cast, finished, enameled and inspected with hands-on attention, so slight variations between pieces are normal and part of the character of handmade work.


Q: Do your pendants come with a chain?
A: Our tarot pieces are sold as pendants. This gives you the freedom to style them with your own chains, chokers or bead necklaces. If we release any special sets that include a chain, it will be clearly stated on the product page.


Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We usually need around 1-3 days to prepare your order in the studio. Once it has been dispatched, shipping normally takes about 4-7 days. In total, most customers receive their parcel within 5-10 days from the date of purchase, depending on studio workload and the carrier.


Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required to enjoy free shipping.


Q: Can I wear the jewelry every day?
A: Our pieces are designed with everyday life in mind. They are suitable for daily wear and can be worn in normal, light conditions. As with all jewelry, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, strong detergents and long exposure to high–chlorine environments to keep your pieces looking their best over time.


Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Items should be in original condition, unworn and undamaged, with all packaging included. If you simply change your mind, you are still welcome to return or exchange within this window.


Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If your order arrives damaged, defective or not matching what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a few clear photos. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.


Q: How do I choose the right tarot card for me?
A: There is no strict rule. Some people choose a card that fits their current chapter, such as The Fool for new beginnings, The Sun for joy or The Moon for intuition. Others pick the card they are naturally drawn to by name, symbol or feeling. If a card makes you pause and look twice, it is usually a good sign.


Q: Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
A: At the moment, our focus is on our core tarot designs. We do not offer full custom design for individual orders, but we are always happy to hear what cards or themes you would love to see in the future. You can share your ideas with us by email.
