3) Pricing & Currency

  • All product prices and the final payable amount are displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
  • If your payment provider (PayPal, your bank, or card issuer) uses a different currency, the final charge may be subject to their exchange rate and any related fees. These charges are determined by the provider and are outside our control.

4) PayPal Payments

  • Some banks or PayPal accounts may take additional time to post the funds. Processing speed is determined by the provider.

If you believe a refund is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please email info@trivellolab.com with your order number and we will assist you in checking the refund status.


9) Cancellations & Duplicate Charges

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact info@trivellolab.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If you notice a duplicate charge or an incorrect charge, please email us with a screenshot (if available) and your order details so we can investigate quickly.
